Empeon is excited to announce its new integration with Wotc.com, a platform that helps companies manage the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. This integration allows your company to seamlessly incorporate Wotc.com into Empeon, enabling new hires to easily complete necessary tax credit forms during the onboarding process. Follow the steps below to enable this integration and streamline your HR operations.
Step 1: Sign Up for Wotc.com
If your company isn't already using Wotc.com, you'll need to sign up:
- Visit the Wotc.com Registration Page: Use this registration link to sign up.
- Complete the Registration: Fill out the required information and submit your registration.
- Wait for Contact: After signing up, you will be contacted by a representative from Wotc.com to finalize your account setup.
Step 2: Request Integration with Empeon
Once your Wotc.com account is set up, you'll need to request the integration with Empeon:
- Submit the Marketplace Integration Request Form: Visit the Empeon Marketplace and select Wotc.com from the Marketplace integration request form.
- Enable the Integration: Once the request is approved, the Wotc.com integration will be enabled in your Empeon account.
Step 3: Configure the Onboarding Process
With the integration enabled, you can now add the Wotc.com form to your employee onboarding process:
- Get Your Unique Wotc.com Link: Obtain the unique link for your company’s Wotc.com form from your Wotc.com account.
- Add a Step in Paths: In Empeon, navigate to Company > Paths
